Drugs are pouring in across the border but the amount will shock you.
Almost half-a-Million pounds of drugs were stopped from pouring over the southern border in 2018. 282,000 pounds of cocaine were seized, 248,000 pounds of meth, along with thousands of pounds of heroin and fentanyl. This is a small amount compared to the number of drugs that actually go undetected and make it into the country.
