Arms Reduction Agreement

An arms reduction agreement was met between the Soviet Union and the United States under Bush, this lowered the number of nuclear missiles each country could hold but still gave the United States an advantage by allowing them to keep more than the Soviets. This was a continuance of Reagan’s Strength through Peace policy.
