\The Associated Press
is reporting that Osama bin Laden's half-brother, Bakr binladin, was arrested in Saudi Arabia during the corruption crackdown.
Bakr binladin, "a major power broker" in Saudi's business region, attended college in the US at the University of Miami (FL) in the late 70's.
The Saudi government has said it's arrested at least 201 people in its corruption crackdown in which it uncovered over $100 billion in graft and embezzlement.
It appears that the deceased 9/11 mastermind's brother was involved in the graft or embezzlement.
A joint venture that Bakr Binladin was involved in currently has a $994.6 million contract
to build 30 parcels in King Abdullah's Financial District, Saudi Arabia.
The big surprise comes that none of this appears to be terror-related. However, we do not know to what extent, if any, Bakr binladin was funding terrorism.
