According to the White House, Tom Price, the Secretary of Health and Human Services has offered his resignation on Friday. 

The resignation comes amid scrutiny over Secretary Price’s use of private jets and military aircraft.

President Trump has accepted his resignation and placed the Assistant Secretary in charge.
