Reasons why the firing occured are still unknown, but Trump’s new Secretary of Communications Anthony Scaramucci had hinted that Preibus might have been leaking information.
General Kelly is recognized for his outstanding military record and respect for the office of the Presidency. No appointments for a new Secretary of Homeland Seucrity have been announced yet.
