Hope Hicks Will Testify Before House Judiciary

President Trump former communications director has reportedly agreed to testify before the House Judiciary Committee chaired by Jerry Nadler.

According to The Hill:

President Trump’s former aide Hope Hicks has agreed to testify before the House Judiciary Committee behind closed doors, the Washington Post is reporting.

Hicks has agreed to testify before the committee next Wednesday, according to the Post. The committee had originally subpoenaed her for public testimony on June 19.

A committee aide did not immediately return a request for confirmation from The Hill. A lawyer for Hicks also did not return a request for information.

The Trump administration had instructed her to ignore the subpoena but it looks like they are now fine with this move or a new agreement was made.
