McCabe was dismissed last week for his lack of candor when testifying before Congress, and was hammered in the Inspector General’s report. It was recommended that Attorney General Sessions fire McCabe by an internal FBI investigation. 

Democrat Senators urged McCabe to investigate the Attorney General, and McCabe did so, according to ABC. Sessions allegedly was not aware of this when he fired McCabe. 

Some are speculating that this was a deliberate strategy to discredit Sessions; it actually has the opposite intended effect, as it demonstrates that partisan Democrats were leading the Federal Bureau of Investigation around by the nose. 

McCabe has become a living example of what’s wrong with the FBI, guarding the palace of Democrats to protect them from the consequences of their actions, while attacking their enemies. Firing him will ironically enrich him, as the swamp lines up to reward him for his conniving behavior.
