Congressional Shooter's Political History Tells a Story
Early today, Steve Scalise has been identified as James T. Hodgekinson allegedly shot Congressman Steve Scalise and three others in Alexandria, VA which is just outside of Washington, DC.

The shooter later died from gunshot wounds.

Since his death, speculation has been stoked that the shooting may have been politically motivated. According to Hodgekinson's online profile, which was recently deleted by Facebook, he was a big Bernie Sander's supporter (see below), but that's not all.

In addition to volunteering for Sander's presidential campaign, he had an actively gruesome social media presence.

According to BND, the suspect made several threatening statements and was a member of several hate-filled digital groups:

“I Want to Say Mr. President, for being an ass hole you are Truly the Biggest Ass Hole We Have Ever Had in the Oval Office,” he wrote on Facebook.

Hodgkinson belonged to multiple anti-GOP groups on Facebook, including:

▪  “The Road to Hell is Paved with Republicans”

▪  “Donald Trump is not my President”

▪  “President Bernie Sanders”

▪  “Illinois Berners United to Resist Trump”

▪  “Boycott the Republican Party”

▪  “Expose Republican Fraud”

▪  “Terminate the Republican Party”

No determination from law enforcement has been made about the shooter's motive but it's becoming increasingly clearer.
