Bill Maher tweeted Tuesday that Hurricanes Harvey and Irma are a message from nature regarding the election of Donald Trump.

“Looking at the devastation AGAIN, its obvious nature is sending us a message: and that message is, Don’t throw your vote away on Jill Stein,” the host of “Real Time with Bill Maher” tweeted late Tuesday to his 9 million followers. Stein ran as a Green party candidate in 2016 against Hillary Clinton and Trump.

Last week, actress Jennifer Lawrence appeared to link the hurricanes to the election of Trump.

“It’s scary,” Lawrence said in an interview with British media. “You know, it’s this new language that’s forming. I don’t even recognize it. It’s also scary to know it’s been proven through science that climate change is due to human activity, and we continue to ignore it, and the only voice that we really have is through voting. And we voted, and it was really startling.”
