The younger brother of Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi was arrested in Tripoli, a spokesperson for a local counter-terrorism force said Wednesday.
Hashem Abedi, 20, was detained on Tuesday evening on suspicion of having links to ISIS, Rada spokesman Ahmed Bin Salem told Reuters.
Salman Abedi’s older brother, Ismail, was also arrested in a Manchester suburb on Tuesday.
British authorities have said they believe Salman, who killed 22 people when he bombed an entrance to the Manchester Arena as kids and parents were leaving an Ariana Grande concert, wasn’t working alone, but was part of a larger terror network.
