Trump Tweets About Heather Heyer’s Funeral

President Trump took to Twitter on Wednesday morning to memorialize Heather Heyer, the woman killed in Charlottesville over the weekend.

He tweeted, “​Memorial service today for beautiful and incredible Heather Heyer, a truly special young woman. She will be long remembered by all!”

 

Heather Heyer’s mom thanked President Trump for the comforting words and denouncing violence following Trump’s statement on Monday.
