Trump Train News has now changed it’s projection to neutral.
We previously projected Roy Moore as the winner and for that we are sorry. We underestimated the turnout figures in a few key counties in which are strong Democratic areas.
We are sorry we missed the mark.

Trump Train News projects that Republican candidate Judge Roy Moore has won the Alabama Senate seat over Democrat Doug Jones.
We can reasonably project that Judge Roy Moore will be the next junior Senator from Alabama based on our evaluation of the exit polling data and early election returns, which included information about voter propensity, the electorate’s support/opposition for President Trump, voter motivation, and measuring said data against past Alabama election results.
Two interesting takeaways, we believe the exit data significantly underrepresented Roy Moore voters and the demographic composition of the electorate nearly mirrored the 2016 Presidential election in which President Trump carried the state by 28 points.
At this time 61% of the vote is in and Roy Moore leads Doug Jones 53% to 46%. The mainstream media has not called the race yet, but they also called the race early for Hillary Clinton last November. They might be a little gun shy.
