President Trump faulted Democrats again in a tweet Monday for not working with Republicans to come up with a deal to protect “Dreamers” and said they “don’t want to help.”

“Statement by me last night in Florida: ‘Honestly, I don’t think the Democrats want to make a deal. They talk about DACA, but they don’t want to help..We are ready, willing and able to make a deal but they don’t want to,” he posted on Monday, reiterating comments he made Sunday at his Florida golf resort.

“‘They don’t want security at the border, they don’t want to stop drugs, they want to take money away from our military which we cannot do, ‘ ” Trump continued. “My standard is very simple, AMERICA FIRST & MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! ”

Trump on Sunday wrote in a tweet that the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is “probably dead” because Democrats aren’t fully involved.
