Judge Kavanaugh clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski in the early ’90s, who stepped down over sexual harassment allegations. The media is echoing the accusations that Kavanaugh knew and did nothing. 20 female colleagues have spoken out publicly to refute this accusation, but the media is still out to tar him with some offense that can stop his confirmation. Given the testimony of his coworkers, this is clearly irresponsible, even for the fake news media.
