Julie Swetnick was one of the last few Kavanaugh accusers to come out during the trial, many media heads criticized her for her choice of lawyer, that lawyer being Michael Avenatti. She alleged that she was gang-raped by Brett Kavanaugh during his college years, she also went on to claim that he was the leader of this rape gang. This was quickly slapped away from the media cycle as many saw it as being too outlandish and was damaging to other accusers. Now that it is all over many are calling for Avenatti to be investigated for these seemingly false allegations.
