Two pro-Trump super PACs have begun to focus on voter registration efforts in key states like Florida and Michigan and a second phase focusing on states like Georgia, New Hampshire, and Iowa. The groups plan to spend around $1 million.
According to Politico:
TURNOUT TALK — Great America PAC and Committee to Defend the President, two pro-Trump super PACs, said they’d spent at least $1 million on voter registration drives. The groups said they’d first focus in Florida, Michigan, North Carolina and Pennsylvania (along with a national component), with a second phase expanding to Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa and New Hampshire.
President Trump faces a tough fight in 2020 and these groups have decided on making sure pro-Trump voters are able to actually vote when the time comes.
