Kathy Griffin responded by saying “Syringe with nothing by air inside it would do the trick. F*** Trump.”
If an air bubble would enter the vein it creates what’s called an “air embolism”. When the air bubbles travel to the brain, heart, or lungs it can cause respiratory failure, a stroke, or a heart attack.

In 2017, Kathy’s career fell apart after she appeared with a fake bloody severed Trump mannequin head.
Since that moment, her career has been never been the same. She claims Hollywood “blacklisted” her after that incident.
In 2019, she told Buzzfeed she’s “confronted on the street almost daily” over the mannequin head incident:
Speaking in an episode of BuzzFeed News’ Profile set to air Sunday morning on Facebook Watch, Griffin said she was in London last month when a cab driver threatened her for mocking Trump.
“The driver that took me from the airport to the hotel recognized me from the photo and, you know, I thought he wanted an autograph,” Griffin told host Ashley Ford, “and he said that if we were in Morocco, he would cut my tongue out.”
