2.) Cuomo Deflection 

The biggest necessity when facing a public crisis is a strong leader. Cuomo failed to show any competency while leading New York through this and rather than admit that he and his cronies dropped the ball, they have chosen to deflect all criticism and simply blame others. Cuomo has blamed everyone from Donald Trump to Republicans in the Senate. This doesn’t bring an end to the disaster, it only makes things worse.
