3.) Avoid Evictions

Trump issued an executive order to halt most evictions and avoid the issue altogether. This was a major issue as many Americans were left unemployed in the wake of the Coronavirus and could not afford basic amenities as a result. While a very reasonable executive order many are raising the question of legality in relation to how it was done.
