Fox News host Neil Cavuto took issue with some of the claims made at a Biden press conference on the coronavirus and decided to fact-check his claims.
Biden’s claim that the vaccine would first go to the wealthy seems to have made Cavuto engage the fact-check.
According to Town Hall:
“He also said that he that this idea of a vaccine could take quite a while,” Cavuto recapped. “Of that, it would take at least months to be fully distributed to the entire population and on an order basis, not based on people’s wealth…So I don’t know where he got the notion that somehow the Trump administration or others would target the richest to get such a vaccine first. He did say, by the way, trust vaccines, trust science, but do not trust Donald Trump.”
He also wanted to “clarify” what Biden said about universal face masks potentially cutting the amount of deaths in half. In some states where the virus isn’t much of a problem, “that would probably be more of a burden than it would be a help,” the anchor noted.
At one point during Biden’s presser, one of the pre-selected reporters he called on from his list asked him if he could explain why voters routinely trust President Trump on the economy more than the former vice president. Biden said it wasn’t fair to compare himself to Trump on the economy because he’s “been out of office for four years,” but argued that the last three years of the Obama-Biden administration were better than Trump’s first three years.
“The fact of the matter is we average presidents out over their entire time in office,” Cavuto noted. “To be fair, the Obama-Biden team inherited a meltdown when they came into office and we were bleeding jobs at the rate of a million a month that eventually turned around. But the average, if you look at it, eight years, was among the more anemic job recoveries we’ve seen in U.S. history. So I just wanted to make sure we were comparing apples to apples, oranges to oranges.”
Cavuto also pointed out the Federal Reserve’s unemployment outlook that shows an unemployment rate of 5.5% by next year.

I have been observing politics since Nixon and I have witnessed three firsts in my lifetime recently. 1. The nation is being asked to elect a Democrat Party President who is definitely the MOST UNQUALIFIEDS PERSON TO RUN A NATION AS BIG AS THE US. Biden is not only deficient mentally, what he is proposing will destroy our US Constitutional Republic and allow the Socialist to take over my nation. 2. We have Representatives of our US Congress who refuse to follow Rule of Law. Rule of Law unites US Citizens and Political Correctness divides US Citizens. GET this straight, we are the United States of America and NOT the Divided States of America. Democrats and Republicans should remember why they were elected to office. If you can not do the people’s business by Legislating Rule of Law they should not be in office. 3. This may the biggest and most corrupted First in America. For the first time in US history a major Political Party proclaimed Donald Trump is not their President and are also proclaiming that US Citizens should also accept this Political Bias. It should be a insult to every US Citizen when the Will Of The People is not acceptable after a proper and legal election. This prevents the people from having a voice in their government. Political Parties do not run the nation, the people do. Trump’s election of 2016 was a prime example of the Will of the People. Had Donald Trump ran as a Democrat the people would have elected him in 2016. The people wanted a end to Political Correctness and Trump also wanted this Political Correctness to end. It is somewhat comical to me that the Democrats hate President Trump. Why? What Trump is giving the nation now is what the Democrats promised for decades. Fact check it. One example: Pelosi and Obama both expressed the need for secure borders. Even before Trump, the Democrats have expressed the need for Police Reform, Immigration Reform, equal justice under the law, better education, healthcare reform, prison reform, and equal pay for equal performance. I grew up a Democrat, yet I do not see anything that would indicate a deference between the Democrats in the pass and Trump’s policies. Trump took the Democrat agenda and made it his own. The only difference I see is that Trump is doing what he promised while the Political Parties play politics.
