Priority number one is abolishing the filibuster rule in the senate. This has been a long-dreaded rule for any party in power as it gives the minority party the ability to push back against any legislation. Republicans talked about its removal in the past but never went through with it, Democrats will likely scorch the rule so they can pass any bill with no issue.
