Omar has a pattern of asking for leniency for radical Islamists. Yet again in 2019, the Somali-born Congresswoman lobbied for the release of a senior member of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood held in Egypt, another known terrorist organization in many countries across the world. The terrorist organization promotes a platform focused on destroying the Western world from inside its border.
