According to a new report President Trump’s daughter-in-law, who is married to his son Eric, is considering a run for the United States Senate in 2022.
According to The Daily Wire:
Lara Trump, 38, the president’s daughter-in-law, is reportedly weighing a run for Senate in the 2022 midterm elections, when the North Carolina seat currently held by three-term retiring U.S. Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) will become vacant.
The New York Times, citing “three allies,” reports that Lara Trump has told “associates” that she is considering running for the North Carolina Senate seat. Politico, citing “two people familiar with her plans,” also reports that Trump is considering the bid.
A former television producer and professional pastry chef, Lara Trump currently lives in New York with her husband Eric Trump, but was raised in North Carolina. She also attended college at North Carolina State University, and named her daughter Carolina.

“She would be formidable,” Kellyanne Conway, the president’s 2016 campaign manager and former counselor, told the Times of Lara Trump. “She has the trifecta: She can raise money, raise awareness of key issues and raise attention to her race. Unlike many typical politicians, she connects with people and is a compelling messenger.”
Lara Trump was a top adviser on President Trump’s campaign and made trips to North Carolina on behalf of the campaign the most recent coming this month.
This would be a great thing for non-liberals… and have dems frothing at the mouth, best of both worlds.

But I would guess in this case it was to bring attention to the race for the job.
She writer used the word “race” to refer to the political “race” she is considering.

There is something for the Leftist to fear, when a Trump family member declares an intention to run for a political office, like a deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming truck, with no intention of slowing down. With words backing Lara by the genius manager of President Trump’s campaign, Kellyanne Conway, she will be a winner for the Senate seat being vacated. Now, what should alarm the socialist Left, they have stirred and angered conservatives with their attempt to fraudulently take over the election with blatant manipulation of the voting process. Not bad enough that the 20 million or more Illegals voting, cancels out a legal vote for the right or left.
