Democrat incumbent Max Rose had no choice but to concede to Republican challenger Nicole Malliotakis after she took a 16-point lead over the representative. After a hard-fought race for NY’s 11th district to represent Staten Island and south Brooklyn Malliotakis will be the only Republican Congresswoman to represent New York City,
