Biden’s nominee to serve as Secretary of State, Antony Blinken has an extensive history in the private sector. Recently, Blinken co-founded and was the head of a political strategy firm WestExec Advisors. The firm has worked with multiple corporations connected to Fortune 100 companies including big tech corporations. The Secretary of State nominee was also a partner with private equity firm Pine Island Capital Partners, chaired by former Merrill Lynch chairman John Thain before leaving to advise Biden.
