Biden tapped Zients to act as his Coronavirus ‘czar’, the former Director of Obama’s National Economic Council has an extensive corporate history. Most recently, Zients was CEO of the investment firm Cranemere. Zients also held a board position with Facebook in 2018. The Covid “Czar” made millions while working as chairman of the giant consulting firm Corporate Executive Firm and with Advisory Board Co. Zients then went on to found investment firm Portfolio Logic.
