President Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) into law to provide much-needed assistance to struggling Americans. The $2 trillion relief package was passed with bipartisan support in March. The bill helped to provide immediate and direct economic assistance to Americans impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic
