MURDOCK: A Guide to Evidence of Vote Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election

Democracy dies in darkness: In a direct attack on transparency, election workers conceal windows at Detroit's TCF Center vote-tabulation facility. This made them invisible to GOP vote challengers and other observers, November 4, 2020. (Photo: Screenshot from @MattFinnFNC via Twitter)

NEW YORK — On Wednesday, January 6, Congress will convene in joint session to consider the Electoral College votes from the 50 states and decide which to accept. Acting in his role as President of the Senate, Vice President Mike Pence will officiate. Just as Democrats did in 2005 and 2017, Republicans will challenge some of these votes. At least 13 GOP senators and some 140 Republican GOP House members will demand greater scrutiny of the votes from six states suspected of being “won” fraudulently for Joe Biden.

As lawmakers, their staffs, supporters, and concerned citizens prepare for this election-integrity showdown, these Americans might benefit from some extensive background on this vital matter.

Thus, I have compiled here this widespread, but non-exhaustive, selection of research resources on vote fraud — less broadly, irregularities, incompetencies, and illegalities — in the 2020 presidential election. These include my articles on this topic and additional materials that present abundant evidence of this growing outrage.

Anyone who demands, “Where is the evidence?” will find plenty here:

Vote Fraud 2020: Additional Resources

Pennsylvania State Representative Russ Diamond, “PA Lawmakers: Numbers Don’t Add Up, Certification of Presidential Results Premature and In Error,” December 28, 2020 — Keystone State legislators express grave concerns about ballot boxes stuffed with 202,377 more ballots than voters who voted.

James O’Keefe, “Speech to Turning Point USA Conference,” Palm Beach, Florida, December 21, 2020 — Project Veritas founder delivers a riveting address to conservative youth activists and highlights hidden-camera evidence of 2020 vote fraud in multiple states.

A running compendium on vote-fraud evidence,” Real Clear Investigations, December 20, 2020 — This frequently updated source presents news articles and analysis detailing electoral shenanigans.

Peter Navarro, “The Immaculate Deception,” December 17, 2020 — Noted White House advisor’s 36-page, 148-endnote report on six dimensions of vote fraud in six swing states. This is as thorough and comprehensive a single document on this topic as exists.

Georgia State Senator William T. Ligon, “The Chairman’s Report of the Election Law Study Subcommittee of the Standing Judiciary Committee,” December 17, 2020 — A chilling, 15-page blow-by-blow on 13 different aspects of electoral improprieties and illegalities in Georgia. Ligon cited one poll watcher who “cried” after witnessing ballot-related wrongdoing. Conclusion: Peach State election integrity is the pits.

U.S. Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on election irregularities, December 16, 2020 — C-Span’s recording of the only congressional probe, so far, of what went so wrong in and around the November 3 vote. Kudos to then-chairman Ron Johnson of Wisconsin for arranging this oversight session.

J.B. Shurk, “5 More Ways Joe Biden Magically Outperformed Election Norms,” The Federalist, November 23, 2020 — A close look at key statistical and historical anomalies related to Biden’s supposed “win.”

Gil Sanders, “Skeptical of Voter Fraud in 2020? Here’s Your Evidence,” Thomistic Thinker, November 20, 2020 — A snapshot of how fishy the election results looked even six weeks ago.

J.B. Shurk, “5 Historical Trends That Show It’s Utterly Shocking If Trump Lost In 2020,” The Federalist, November 13, 2020 – Shurk’s earlier presentation of mathematical quirks and unprecedented scenarios in Biden’s alleged “triumph” at the polls.

Here is the Evidence – This is a detailed, well-organized, frequently updated database on fraud, anomalies, and related electoral phenomena. The hosts very helpfully rank each item from 1 to 4, based on its admissibility in court. Just focusing on the 4-rated items should make one’s neck hairs stand at attention.

Evidence of voter, ballot, and election irregularities and lawlessness in the presidential election of November 3, 2020”— A collection of vote-fraud-related documents, assessments, and court filings curated by the Amistad Project. This public-interest law firm is a division of the Thomas More Society. Its director is Phill Kline, Esq., a former attorney general of Kansas.

It is truly amazing how much non-evidence keeps piling up. Or, as the Left might say, stacking up into a giant non-pile.

Here are the four files I personally have compiled on this topic since Election Day. As you can see, they brim with page after page after page of non-evidence.
