Restructure government coordination for Covid-19

President Joe Biden signed executive orders to signal a different approach to the Covid-19 pandemic. This included the formation of a Covid task force that reports directly to the president. The team will coordinate across the federal government and with states on ramping up vaccinations, distributing more masks and gloves, expanding testing capacity, reopening schools, and more.
