During an interview with CBS This Morning the Republican said he definitely planned to consider any impeachment article.
“If they come together and have a process, I will definitely consider whatever articles they might move, because as I told you I believe the president has disregarded his oath of office,” Sasse said

Well I say they are wrong. Did they specify what article, section or paragraph of the Constitution that justifies or authorizes the impeachment of an official who is no longer in office? It is very unlikely because there isn’t any.
Just think – if they can impeach a private citizen after that person has left office, the swamp will expand that ability to anyone that holds any office. This sets a precedent.
