In Biden’s first 100 days he will put forward an initiative to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. This protects gun manufacturers from being sued if a person is hurt by a gun because they operated it incorrectly or were involved in a crime involving a firearm. Biden’s ultimate goal by repealing this protection act is to bankrupt the gun manufacturers so they no longer exist.
