Michigan’s Governor Whitmer
Whitmer decided on an unpopular shutdown in freezing, snowy December when she ordered indoor gatherings must be restricted to no more than 10 people from no more than two households. Outdoor gatherings are permitted to 25 or fewer people from 3 or fewer households, and 25 or fewer people at a venue without fixed seating.
The policy isn’t sustainable for Michiganians, where the temperatures are below freezing and there is a foot of snow on the ground.
