MSNBC host heaped praise on The Lincoln Project during its anti-Trump crusade and now is silent as the group spirals in scandal. [RELATED: Lincoln Project Caught in Cover-Up Scandal]

According to Fox News:

MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace, the former Republican flack-turned-reliable Democratic media sycophant, was one of the leading promoters of the anti-Trump Lincoln Project throughout 2020 but ignored its scandals over the past month.

Given Wallace’s background as a onetime Republican and current GOP critic, it made sense that her afternoon program “Deadline: White House” would become a regular stop for Lincoln Project co-founders like Steve Schmidt and Rick Wilson, who became media stars for bolting the GOP over disgust with former President Donald Trump.

Over at least nine appearances between Jan. 11 and Feb. 8 by Schmidt, Wilson, and Lincoln Project advisers Kurt Bardella and Tara Setmayer, Wallace did not ask about the scandal over co-founder John Weaver’s harassment of young, gay men, including a 14-year-old, according to a media analysis. Conservative author and journalist Ryan Girdusky first broke the story about Weaver’s predations on Jan. 11.

Since that time, the organization has crumbled after multiple reports that Schmidt and others knew about Weaver’s harassment of young men earlier than they claimed. In addition, criticism of the group’s questionable finances and its toxic work environment have increased.

Only two of the groups original eight founders remain.

  1. It is always funny to watch these people that make their living off of politics that have no problems about flipping sides at the drop of a hat for whoever is paying their salary, exposing the fraud of politics unwittingly. Nicole Wallace also shows the world she doesn’t have enough brain activity to light a lightbulb, a deadly combination with zero principles, but she is perfectly at home in DC!

  2. I looked up the Lincoln Project on Wikipedia, and it looks to me as though most of the founders might have been Democratic Party agents in the Republican Party, including one who infiltrated to the extent of being an adviser to Trump: Kellyanne Conway.

It seems suspicious that so many of them would be converts from Republicanism to fanatical anti-Republicanism. And here we have another “convert” in Nicolle Wallace, who supposedly traveled down the same path.

Do any readers see things differently?

  3. This tactic works…their audience seem to have ‘the memory of a gold-fish’ can’t hold two conflicting thoughts, in their head’s, at the same time.
