Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s own attorney, is also among the crowd of Trump supporters being singled out for defamation. Giuliani was one of the individuals named in Dominion Voting System’s $1.3 billion lawsuit. Giuliani was also hit with another defamation lawsuit from a separate voting company, Smartmatic voting systems. Smartmatic hit Giuliani and others with a whopping $2.7 billion suit which claims the parties intentionally created conspiracies to damage the company’s reputation.
