Unlike many Democrat governors who have continued to keep their states on lockdown despite overwhelming data pointing to the fact it’s well past time to safely re-open South Dakota’s Krist Noem noted she listened closely to experts from the beginning to weigh the risks. Gov. Noem writes, “I was briefed frequently by our health experts, and I passed the science, facts, and data of the virus onto my constituents, just like every governor did.
