The country will be grieving the loss of hundreds upon thousands of small businesses who were forced to close their door due to Coronavirus for years. Businesses were forces to shut their doors and many simply couldn’t cover the costs to reopen them. Governor Noem discussed with local business owners the implications various policy decisions may have on their livelihoods.
