Reimplementing Catch-and-Release

In yet another failure from the Biden administration in its response to illegal immigration the Democrats re-implemented the highly controversial “catch-and-release” policy. The policy allows immigrants to enter the country illegally and face no consequence. The decision prompted a lawsuit from Texas in response to the decision which claims Biden violated an agreement that border states be consulted before making unilateral decisions that will affect the state’s citizens and businesses.
