Senator Capito was the third Republican Senator to co-sponsor the letter accusing President Biden of breaking the law by halting border wall funds. In the letter, the GOP senators note that Biden’s action caused the “entirely avoidable” border crisis. Biden has faced mounting criticism for his lack of action at the border to correct the current crisis.
