Climate Order
A dozen Republican-led states filed a lawsuit against President Biden regarding his Jan. 20th executive order which aimed to rescind a number of Trump-era policies regarding energy and climate. Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt is leading the lawsuit and claims Biden’s order is “an unconstitutional expansion of climate regulations that could cripple energy production and other sectors of the economy.”
