Texas Attorney General ken Paxton hit the Biden administration with another lawsuit concerning the border. The lawsuit alleges that Biden encouraged the spread of Covid-19 by allowing a massive surge of migrants to flood the border and then have facilities overcrowded. The Biden administration admitted they were not testing migrants upon entering the country many of which planned to board public transportation methods to travel further into the U.S. and spread the virus.
