Joe Biden raised eyebrows with how he responded to the question he would take a cognitive test if elected to the White House. During a combined convention of the National Associate of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists Biden snapped at a black radio host for pointing to if elected he would be America’s oldest President yet.

“That’s like saying you, before you got in this program, ‘Will you take a test, were you taking cocaine or not?’ What do you think, huh? Are you a junkie?”
