Tudor Dixon, a host of America’s Voice Live, is running for Governor in the state of Michigan as a Republican.
Dixon, 44, hosts the show alongside conservative talk radio host Steve Gruber, Jessica Rivera, and Amanda Head aka “The Hollywood Conservative” – who’s likely a familiar face to our readers.
The political newcomer, who’s been a staunch defender of former President Trump, is doubling down on her lack of experience as an elected official. In her first ad, Dixon says “I’m not a politician so I don’t have a catchy slogan to say or poll-tested promises to make.”
As someone who lost her grandmother during Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Covid-19 lockdowns, Dixon has been a fierce critic of Whitmer’s handling of the crisis.

Before becoming a conservative media host, Dixon worked in the steel industry. She’s also a mother of four and a cancer survivor. In her own words, Dixon has a “spine made of steel” and packs a “pretty mean school lunch.”
Dixon won’t have a clear path to the nomination. At the end of last month, Detroit Police Chief James Craig –who’s been a frequent Fox News guest— resigned his post and is expected to run for the GOP nomination.
However, if Dixon’s early campaign tells us anything she’s going to be a fighter and a competitor. This could be a race worth watching.
