Social Media vs. You

To many social media serves as a way to connect with friends and family or as no more than mindless entertainment, but for some social media is a weapon that can be used to force one’s own political will on others.

The woke mob has mastered the use of platforms like Twitter for the purposes of getting people fired or canceled. Seemingly random users can collectively harass employers to the point where they have to fire an employee. This results in more people being afraid to speak up for fear that they will lose everything.

These social media platforms themselves are also very woke and tend to create echo chambers by way of banning users for having the wrong opinions or unfair application of rules. Twitter showcases this perfectly, the platform banned President Trump for allegedly stirring up violence but did nothing to the journalists and Democrat politicians who called for more rioting in the summer of 2020.
