New York Times labor reporter Steven Greenhouse followed Linda Greenhouse’s example and after more than 30 years of reporting retired. However, Greenhouse still writes for the New York Times as a columnist which gives him the ability to add his opinion to his work. He often criticizes Republicans in his columns and praises Democrat-led policies.
