Outgoing Ohio Senator Rob Portman voted alongside Democrats and 16 other Republicans to push the legislation forward.
Sen. Portman also tweeted, “The bipartisan infrastructure agreement will deliver the safe, reliable, and modern infrastructure our nation and economy need to grow and prosper in the 21st century.”
