Biden EPA Nominee Partook in Chinese Propaganda 

Biden’s EPA Nominee Carlton Waterhouse made an appearance on state TV in China that was later used in propaganda. 

Waterhouse is nominated to serve as the deputy assistant administrator for the EPA. Waterhouse praised Black Lives Matter and criticized America on China’s state TV channel China Global Television Network. This appearance was used on social media and television in China as anti-American propaganda.
