ATF Nominee Chipman a Foreign Agent? 

Chipman was unwittingly a part of China’s propaganda arm after appearing on China’s state TV, China Global Television Network. His appearance, like Waterhouse’s, was used as propaganda by communists. Chipman also failed to disclose this appearance and list himself as a foreign agent.
