2.) The Collapse was Unforeseeable 

The administration claimed that the collapse of Afghanistan’s government was unforeseeable. 

This claim is easily disprovable, a series of leaked cables from the state department show that the White House slow rolled evacuations despite numerous government officials pleading and begging for them to evacuate US civilians as the country was on the verge of collapse. 

The pleas from officials lasted months, the Biden administration chose not to evacuate US civilians ahead of time.
