Give Gavin the Boot!

Temecula Republican activist Oscar Murdock unveils his brand-new Elect Elder lawn sign beside his son, conservative political commentor Deroy Murdock.

Good morning!

Today is the day that California voters can give Gavin the boot.

Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom has befouled the state of my birth. From crime to high taxes to low water supplies to homelessness to sky-high home prices, Newsom has taken the Golden State — America’s largest — and turned it into lead.

While some 8.1 million voters already have mailed in their ballots (don’t get me started!) the polls will be open today, from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Pacific time. Casting one’s ballot in person, on Election Day, upholds a long and worthy American tradition, in contrast to the Democrat-fueled Election-Month model, which brims with endless snafus and countless shenanigans. In-person voting increases the odds that one’s ballot actually will get counted and neither lost innocently nor destroyed nefariously.

So, if you have not done so already, please vote today to give Gavin the boot. I favor veteran radio host and conservative activist Larry Elder as his replacement, although former San Diego mayor Kevin Faulconer or any of the other Republicans on the ballot would be light years better than the criminal-coddling, wildfire-burning, homeless-hugging, non-stop-spending Gavin Newsom.

And whether or not you can vote today, please enjoy my three recent op-ed pieces on this pivotal race. I offer a recall-election overview, compare Newsom and Elder on education, and rate these two candidates on crime.

Please share these as widely as you like, especially with every Californian you can find.

Cross your fingers for a surprise this evening that would rival Election Night 2016!
