The Supreme Court will hear arguments on a Mississippi abortion law that poses a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade.
The Daily Caller reports:
Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization deals with a 2018 Mississippi law banning abortions after 15 weeks, a law challenged by the Center for Reproductive Rights, the law firm Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, and the Mississippi Center for Justice on behalf of the last remaining abortion clinic in Mississippi — Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
After the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the law in December 2019, the state of Mississippi asked the Supreme Court to take up the case.
Dobbs will touch on the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling since the Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether abortion bans prior to fetal viability are constitutional, and the case will be one of the first major abortion cases in which all three of former President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court justice appointees participate, including Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who gained a seat on the court after a contentious confirmation process in October.
At issue is the question of whether all pre-viability bans on abortions are unconstitutional.
The Supreme Court will hear arguments on December 1st.

They have been steadily marching in that direction for a long time. There are still some very good people in the Democrat party. Then you have the Progressive Socialists, that call themselves Democrats. They have taken over the Democrat party. Those that still thing the party is what they originally joined, need to wake up and go back to being an US citizen first.
I can only imagine the scenario if this passes….but…i have said for a very long time what is being argued…fetal viability. however, it should not stop there…my husband told me he once saw a video of the moment of conception, and it showed a kind of spark or flash at that moment…may not sound significant to others, but to those who believe that God is the creator of all life, it’s another amazing discovery! this is an evil practice and maybe we are experiencing some judgement right now for our not fighting harder for this practice…btw…head on over to liberty action council…they have discovered that the vaccines (even those since the 90’s) are tested and/or made with aborted fetus cells!
Fetal viability is NOT what we have been trying to get to. We have been trying to get the time when life begins to be legally defined. Fetal viability was just a point that many thought we could achieve, based on the SCOTUS structure.
Never thought I’d see the day when it would take the Suprene Court to determine that killing defenseless babies was unconstitutional! How did we get so screwed up!

Unfortunately, our governmental system, based on the moral values of Judeo Christian ethics has chosen to ignore those very principles in our “legal” system. They ignore the basic element emphasized in our founding documents: “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. Without ‘some’ higher power, Communism wins the contest and man BELONGS to the State. Don’t blame Government, it goes right back to “We the People”. We are responsible for this miscarriage of Justice. We elect or at least used to elect those that represent us. Evil men primarily, wanted abortion to be legal. Many of those we elected to federal office.
God is the higher power that many of us know. The founding fathers gave us the power to control Government. We don’t have a Constitutional right to a religious test, but we sure have the right to do our own morality test of every candidate.
Anyone who waits 16 weeks to have their baby killed is committing murder. Period end of story!

The only way to derail Roe vs Wade is to finally define when life begins. Even that will not eliminate abortion. It will simply stop aborting a child were a provable life exists. Not quite what God defines life (at conception). but this would be a major step in restoring morality in a God forsaken Nation.
Life begins as conception. The fetus continues to grow and prosper until birth. Conception is the time life begins! Dead things do not grow! Wake up!
